“Failed to CheckOut. Check out LG is not authorized.” when logging into a shared iPhone/iPad with an Active Directory account

Upon logging into the Hub app on a shared iPhone/iPad with a specific account, I received the error ‘Failed to CheckOut. Check out LG is not authorized.‘ This occurs with just about any shared device.

It turns out this Active Directory account had the ‘Enrollment Organization Group‘ set at a lower level while the shared device was enrolled at a higher level. Upon correcting this setting, I was able to log into the shared device with this account.
